Hershey Children's Garden Containers
The Westlake Garden Club planted two containers at the Hershey Children's Garden at the Cleveland Botanical Garden. The CBG asks affiliate members to participate in this project every year to add color and interest to the children's garden. This year's theme was plants that activate the "Senses." Club President Marsha McEntee was there to oversee the planting of one container for the sense of smell and one for the sense of touch. Some of the plants included are Heliotrope, Lily of the Valley, Peppermint, Basil, Alyssum, Borage, Ladies Mantle, Gerbera Daisy and Wooly Thyme. We hope everyone visiting the Hershey Children's Garden enjoys the fragrant and beautiful containers.
