Mission Statement of the Westlake Garden Club: 

“To develop interest in home and community gardening,

to promote horticulture education and to encourage civic beauty and community conservation.”
 

The Westlake Garden Club was founded in 1963 by a group of women dedicated to promoting beauty in the garden and in the home, to further horticulture education and promote civic beauty and community conservation.
